Reputable company based in Irving, TX, has immediate need for a Compensation Manager to head a 6-month or longer project to assist in reviewing all employee compensation in multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Economics, or Business Administration and have minimum 5 years relevant HR experience with compensation, employment and benefits. Temp-to-Hire potential for the right candidate.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct compensation studies and evaluations, market analysis and job evaluations
  • Review and participate in third-party surveys including matching jobs
  • Create and revise job profiles/descriptions
  • Develop, implement and administer compensation pay structures and/or plans
  • Perform research and statistical analysis
  • Create simple to advanced reports using Excel and other reporting tools; generate reports
  • Support and guide stakeholders and leaders on compensation topics

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
  • Must have with statistical modeling, creating sales, performance, bonus and related incentive plans
  • Knowledge of merit and bonus administration
  • Preferred system usages: EPIUSE Systems Limited,  Emida or similar systems
  • Proven relevant HR experience with compensation, employment and benefits
  • Highly advanced excel skills and working knowledge of incentive plan calculations and merit planning work.
  • Must be able to comprehend, be analytical, prompt, detailed, and interpret data
  • Possess advanced Excel spreadsheet skills including  formula creation, data validation, pivot tables, power queries, charts and graphs
