Job Summary: The Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, refining, and promoting the compliance mission, and developing and executing on the departments short and long-term operations plan.

The Compliance Manager will be encouraged to innovate and build upon current processes, working closely with Senior Management.

A dedicated, innovative, can-do attitude and ability to multitask competing priorities efficiently and effectively is a must.

The Compliance Manager provides critical infrastructure, which enables the organization to meet its business priorities and SLAs.

Responsibilities: Ensures and facilitates Market Partner compliance with Monat Global Policies and Procedures.

Oversees maintaining Market Partner Policies & Procedures including recommendations for new policies and policy revisions for North America and Europe.

Leads investigations to prevent and resolve violations of policies.

Reports compliance issues and problems to Director of Compliance, Monat Global management and provides direction and support in problem resolution.

Coordinates interdepartmental resolutions and processes.

Manages compliance team including Compliance Specialists.

Tracks all compliance emails and cases.

Creates metrics for Compliance Team.

Ensure Compliance logs are maintained.

May provide consultation and training to Customer Care on Policies & Procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and at least four years experience including at least one year of leadership responsibility or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Broad knowledge of compliance field and MLM/Direct Selling industry including familiarity with FTC, FDA, FCC regulations as well as typical and best practice company compliance strategies, practices, and procedures.

Strong, broad investigation skill set highly desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong Customer Service background and skills including service provision, problem resolution, and conflict management.

Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
