About The RoleOur Asset Lifecycle Management practice offers unparalleled breadth of services focused on improving the delivery of construction projects with seasoned professional staff, well proven processes, and use state-of-the-art project management and control solutions that optimize performance, reduce project risk, and improve collaboration among project stakeholders across virtually all segments of the construction industry.Our Consultants are offered a range of career growth opportunities across the spectrum of Project and Asset Management areas including advisory services related to improving capital efficiency and claims, disputes, and expert witness services.Primary DutiesA Consultant is responsible for implementing and overseeing overall project controls processes and procedures through application of systems and methods for estimate development, cost control, planning and reporting, progress measurement, schedule development/control and management of change.

In addition to technical capabilities, a  Consultant should demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsTasks may includeProvide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management expertiseManage project cost and schedule throughout the project life cycleLead the development and maintenance of project controls related plans and proceduresLead the gathering and recording lessons learned for the projectCollect, analyze and report of project cost and schedule informationAnalyze trends and provide insight to the project forecast generationLead the project change control process and ensure its effectivenessEnsure that proper and effective project control measures are executed by the contractorHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to empowering you to make your own impact.

An active participation in national association membership and conferences is also encouraged.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or AccountingMinimum 1 year of project controls experience focused on cost control, estimating, planning, and schedule controlExperience using analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BIPreferred SkillsExperience and training with some combination of the following industry solutions:Hexagon PPM EcoSysPrimavera P6 EPPM scheduling softwarePrimavera UnifierOracle AconexProcoreE-BuilderKahuaAcumenMS ProjectExcellent communication and presentation skills and exhibits a strong executive presenceBilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)AACEi Certification(s)
