Join one of the world’s top tech companies as a contact center engineer where you will be supporting an overhaul of a major contact center operation.

You will need to draw on your background in contact center solutions and Genesys specific knowledge and experience to be successful in this role.

You will support the entire life cycle for telephony/chat/media: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support.

5+ years of experience working on the implementation and support of contact centers center solutions Experience with Genesys contact center solutions (voice solutions, chat solutions, ORS, URS, Sip Server, T server, IWD) Experience working with a technology company would be a big plus Foundational knowledge of layer 2 switching and call/chat traffic management

Support the upgrade of a Genesys solution for a major technology company, including new call flows and solutions for a major contact center operation Attending project meetings to understand what needs to be designed or delivered for this phase of the effort Genesys administration
– building out new contact center features or logic in support of operational needs Work with business teams to ensure solutions will meet the business needs and be scalable
