Zuri, a fresh, fun, and rapidly growing eCommerce company is looking for highly motivated, ambitious, customer-oriented Customer Success Associates to join our team!

At Zuri, we recognize the awesome responsibility that comes with creating exceptional customer experiences, but candidly, this is not your average customer service or account manager role.

In this role, you will be critical to the daily operations and success of our business, interfacing daily with multiple departments as well as our customers.

You will also have exposure to logistics, vendor management, and be empowered to work and research independently, while benefiting from being part of a growing start-up.

Come be a part of our growing team!YOU WILL: Manage both inbound and outbound calls to customers, vendors, and other stakeholdersBe responsible for cradle-to-grave management of our clientsRespond to support emailsNegotiate with vendors, track orders and submit POs (purchase orders) Coordinate delivery & customer pick-upQuote freight shipmentsCall customers upon delivery completion to ensure they are 100% satisfiedAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS One year in a customer facing roleBachelor’s Degree or three (3) years of equivalent industry experience Ability to work weekend and holiday hours (as necessary)Proven work experience or education as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Customer Service Representative or relevant roleComputer literacy is a must, along with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly and with little instructionExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong, friendly, and upbeat tone when communicating with clients, vendors and other stakeholdersHigh attention to detailExcellent organization skillsWorking Knowledge of MS Office Professional suite, particularly Excel, Word, OutlookEmotional resilience when faced with difficult conversations Ability to prioritize and stay organized even when faced with large workloadsAbility to represent Zuri and be the voice of the company while handling customers in a professional mannerDESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Problem solving, creativity, or people facing hobbies a plus (DnD, Sports, Music, etc.)Experience with LTL, freight, and shipping logistics is a plusAppreciation for modern interior design with some knowledge of current trends in contemporary design (not required, but definitely a plus!)PAY, BENEFITS & PERKS: Full time, exempt positionPotential sales commissions in addition to salary and bonusesHealth, Dental and Vision CoverageGym membership reimbursements PTO, Paid Holidays, Maternity/Paternity support & generous time off as neededAnnual educational scholarships and ongoing career training and development opportunitiesEmployee discount on all Zuri FurnitureFun, casual workplaceFree coffee, snacks, and fully stocked drink fridgeFlexibility with schedule Applications are only accepted online.
