Freeman connects people to a universe of opportunities that create a spark, build understanding, and inspire action.**Summary**The Demand Planning Senior Manager is responsible for developing and managing the demand planning process for North America to support the enterprise.

This role collaborates with Freeman Sales, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Branch Operations, Supply Planning, and Procurement to fill all event requirements.

The Demand Planning Senior Manager is focused on translating Business Development plans into meaningful demand planning numbers that can be used for Capital Expenditures, Supply Constraints, Supply Planning, Transportation Planning, Labor Planning, etc.

This role is responsible for alignment of the forecast within all functions: sub-business units (BUs), Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Program Management.

Strategic and tactical decision-making related to balancing demand and supply; aligning volume and mix capacity and capability as well as integrating financial and operating plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved operating and financial results.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**Demand Management+ Design and develop a demand planning process that will engage multiple disciplines to align the demand forecast (vs business plan, revised forecast plan, and historical sales) relative to critical materials inventory+ Collaborate with different business partners to deliver accurate demand forecasts to leverage customer demand and utilize inventory by providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth+ Develop models and monitor a bottom up plan and forecast at the territory, customer, and product level+ Provide high level insights and analysis tools to explain forecast changes and comparisons with prior year+ Prepare historical data and conduct detailed statistical analysis to provide best sales forecast+ Align the revenue forecast, financial models, historical demand and new business development; translate into projected quantities by customer per product category and down to individual product level+ Assist in generating recommendations for replacement or increases in inventory through the Cap Ex process, including creating Business Cases when necessary+ Use, introduce and optimize systems and tools; proactively capture current and future demand signals through connection with the commercial organization and tracking proactive KPI’s+ Collaborate with Supply Planners to provide guidance on demand+ Work with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve key issues and imbalances; topics may include: capacity, logistics, equipment, forecast deviations, supply issues, etc.+ Prepare monthly meeting materials using cross functional inputs; facilitate the monthly meetingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)+ Define and maintain the global KPIs which are crucial for the demand planning process and which assure a pro-active management of the planning process+ Develop and manage appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement+ Develop and Monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive portfolio reports, analytics and visibility around process and planning performance to all cross-functional stakeholders+ Track learnings and best practices to contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Information Technology (IT) Development+ Develop demand planning tools and drive system integration and provide training of the process+ Utilize IT resources for system enhancements to support planning processes and reporting+ Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with the operations team+ Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) to lead the design of interactive dashboards and scorecards to enable efficient reporting+ Performs other duties as assigned**Education & Experience**+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Economics; MBA preferred+ (5) five years or more relevant work experience with demand planning (e.g.
