Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reports to: Brand Content Director, 21c Profile: A results-driven analyst with a passion for answering previously unanswerable questions, the Digital Marketing Manager will be a leader in game changing insights for the Brand Services and property teams.

This analyst will use marketing data, competitive research and web insights to drive decisions in how we market to new and existing customers and develop online user experience.

Of course, they will have a love for contemporary art and culture as much as they love food and travel and are driven to enhance brand awareness and our guest experiences.Responsibilities/Duties: OptimizeIntegrate ecommerce, guest experience, marketing insights and competitor studies to tell a holistic story for our brands, shaping the direction of the brand and individual properties.

Work directly with the Brand & Content Director and outside agencies to optimize marketing spend & identify opportunities to optimize performanceAnalyze and oversee guest experience on brand.com, coordinate A/B testing, create and/or oversee microsites, landing pages and site changes, as-neededWork with digital agency to test and implement user experience updates to brand.comWork with digital agencies and/or media partners to plan/negotiate, launch, optimize and report on digital marketing campaigns for brandCoordinate with property teammates to manage and optimize online business listings and directoriesWork closely with Sales and Revenue departments to maximize benefits of the research tools, software and resourcesShare InsightsRepresent the voice of the consumer (using marketing, ecommerce and behavioral data) in business decisions through presentations, reporting and meeting participation with both internal and external partiesProvide competitive analysis on comp sets and market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operationAnalyze/report on SEO initiatives for brand, benchmarking for improvement; implement or direct partners on implementation of site optimizationsResponsible for creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, used in evaluation of strategies and tactics for brand.comStay InformedEngage with and provide training/education on best practices in the areas of reporting, Google Analytics, SEO, web page and content managementProactively monitor industry trends relative to key brand objectives and provide research on findings that could be implemented.The ideal candidate will have:Experience leading research or insights projectsResearch, analytics, statistics and/or database knowledge and experience (using tools, applications, platforms, etc.)Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure Experience with research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative)Ability to synthesize data, develop insights, and identify and communicate recommendationsStrong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientationBasic Qualifications:4 or more years of experience in business, research or related areaAbility to identify new issues, trends and opportunities from dataIntermediate MS PowerPoint skills (ability to build comprehensive presentations)Education / Formal Training: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: 4 years related experienceTravel Requirements: As needed.
