About This Opportunity Responsibilities: The Digital team at 7-Eleven is reimagining how consumers view convenience, and our Consumer Products Team is continually modernising 7-Eleven’s consumer facing experiences.

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead development of new experiences that will not only transform the business but will shape our digital future.

Product managers will define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward.

You’ll work closely with our technology team to define product requirements and coordinate resources from key stakeholders.

You’ll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, comfortable with ambiguity, with a passion for innovation, user experience and professional experience building impactful and meaningful customer experiences.

Responsibilities:Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partnersDesign, manage, and execute on customer facing products identified and identify goals / analytics to determine product value as part of pilot / testingMonitor research as well as the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and identify new future opportunities for innovationEnsure that product directions balance both the user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfactionLead & facilitate in-person research
– formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing to gain deep customer understandingConduct Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals to promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of product and roadmapTurn customer insights into actionable strategies and prioritiesTest and iterate in quick small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, and then transition to business for scalingManages cross functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provides education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experienceFosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impedimentsRegularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision makingSet product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.3 years of experience in digital product management.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or Engineering, preferred.MBA or Master’s degree, preferred.3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products, preferred.Prefer candidates with prior experience in Digital/Mobile eCommerce.
