Job DescriptionCitiusTech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets –Provider Market (HPR), Medical Technologies Market (HMT) and Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP).The Sales Manager will be part of the Healthcare Provider Market (HPR) team at CitiusTech, and will be responsible for driving sales of CitiusTech solutions and services in a given region of the US.Lead sales activities for CitiusTech• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of new clients & opportunities within Healthcare Providers and Partner Channels• Drive overall deal closure and revenues for the Provider market• Drive new account wins through consultative selling• Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes• Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth in the Provider Market• Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts• Lead contract discussions / negotiationsOther Areas Of Participation• Identify need and support development of specific niche solutions for the market• Participate in trade shows / conferences• Work with Delivery organization to scope solutionsLocation:US metro location (Preferable – Dallas, Minnesota, Chicago, NY, Phoenix) with frequent travel of 50- 75% outside officeRequired Experience / Skills:• 8+ years of overall experience in Healthcare and must have prior sales hunters or healthcare technical pre-sales experience• Healthcare domain knowledge on key technologies for helping with client discussion, architecture and consultative selling (e.g. HL7, CCDA, etc), systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner, etc), regulations (e.g. MACRA, MU3, etc) and technologies (e.g. Big Data, Mobile, etc)• Broad understanding of technologies / skills• Overall experience in Business development, making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential• Preferred: Experience working in global delivery model• Prior experience in supporting new business development and Account Management• Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives in essential• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related fieldCitiusTech – Company Description:CitiusTech ( is a specialist provider of healthcare technology services and solutions to healthcare technology companies, with extensive experience in EHR/EMR, medical imaging (RIS/PACS) and HIS systems.
