Director, Client Strategy & Insights

This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted August 3, 2021.

The Client Strategy and Insights (CSI) team lives in the Sales Strategy organization.

Our team supports client-facing teams with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral.

We deliver innovative and trusted world class services that enable our teams to foster client relationships and help people get jobs We have a passion for data-driven storytelling and developing our go-to-market message.

The team consists of strategic storytellers, with backgrounds in sales, marketing, data analysis, graphic design and localization.

Our team develops and governs Indeed’s global sales messaging while creating client-centric content that fuels Sales & Client Success teams.

Your team will be the experts in the inside sales motion spanning across mid-market, scaled business, & emerging markets.

This high visibility role requires a leader who understands content operations and constantly drives projects that help bring scalable narratives to our inside sales clients.

You can effectively work across multiple sales segments and multiple stakeholders to drive alignment on the Indeed storytelling framework.

You will need expertise in stakeholder management as well as content development.

Most importantly you can effectively communicate with Sales & CS stakeholders to drive the right content at the right time while project managing multiple sales content needs through your team.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of managers ensuring excellent quality of content, continuous team development and achievement of defined KPIs Drive influenced revenue Coach & develop team to deliver a menu of service based on customer journey stage with a strong emphasis on customer needs and pain-points Lead stakeholder relationships with sales leaders within Inside Sales Build service model visions by segment through leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders Consistently assess collateral needs based on sales motion, market requirements and seasonality, & buyer persona using objective data Advocate for and surface the right resources & training for your department Collaborate with training and development to launch the content your build by working on a purposeful curriculum for sales Measure engagement and continuously innovate based on client and sales need to keep our collateral fresh Who You Are Requirements: 5 years of leadership & people management experience 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or cross functional work Advanced in MS Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail Excellent Project management skills (PM certification a plus) Working knowledge of SQL is a plus Strong understanding of client centric or solution selling with multiple products Excellent performance management and employee development skills
