Director, NA SaaS Sales Enablement

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted February 12, 2021.

The Director, North America SaaS Sales Enablement role will own the development and execution of the Journey to Cloud (J2C) program for the Blue Yonder North America (NA) market. This includes collaboration with the NA regional sales leaders, sales and pre-sales, marketing and business development to enable the NA field organization to drive the J2C program within the targeted on-premise customer base in order to achieve the program conversion goals. 

This is a leadership role where you will be expected to develop and deliver training to enable the NA field to execute the program as well as supporting the field execution where necessary to win opportunities and deliver customer satisfaction.


This is a virtual role based in the US.

Major Responsibilities 

Engage with the NA regional leadership to enable the field on the J2C program

Leverage prior J2C experience to accelerate the pace of J2C pipeline and conversion of that pipeline

Develop points of view that promote the value of the J2C program with a customer

Provide advisory role to the regional sales leaders and their teams to maximize the J2C program

Selectively participate in sales cycles to deliver executive briefings of the J2C program, develop customer-specific point of view, assist to identify business case, assist in deal strategies and provide necessary support to win


A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of direct experience in the enterprise software industry and have led or been involved in designing and executing a programmatic approach to migrating existing on-premise customers to the cloud.

Demonstrated experience in the enterprise software industry.

Effective communicator and collaborator across all functions.

Experience leading a programmatic approach of accelerating a J2C program.

Ability to deliver visionary, thought-leadership and value-driven points of view.

Ability to engage in discovery/exploratory conversations and quickly identify opportunities to position the J2C value proposition.

Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, particularly WMS, TMS, Forecasting, Replenishment, Manufacturing Planning.

Have experience or viewpoint about AI/Machine Learning applications to use in the supply chain.

Creative and effective with PowerPoint.

Effective in leveraging a variety of resources in order to get the job done.

Requires a “do whatever it takes” commitment to achieve the success of the J2C program.
