Director Of Business Development- Central Region

This role can be based out of Dallas, Austin, Houston, Minneapolis, Denver, Chicago, and St.Louis locations.

Travel is required.

The executive will be responsible for new business development within the professional services division for the Company.

These services talent on demand, SOW, engineering solutions, direct hire placement, and training solutions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• New client acquisition focusing on a top 25 target list for the region

• Build client relationships at the “C” level and senior-level IT stakeholders who are responsible for driving business decisions

• Follow sales objective for territory and set written plan of targets

• Work closely with the Enterprise Services Group, Engineering Solutions, and Regional teams to drive business to closure

• Build the professional services and solutions business through the selling of onshore & offshore projects and solutions

• Build a sales pipeline for offering project-based services

• Cold call prospective leads

• Manage a BDM in the central region to ensure their success to achieve their targets

• High-level strategic relationship building

• Proposal development

• Attend networking and staffing events

• Sales presentations and closing

• Follow up on warm leads and convert hot leads into sales

• Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes

• Key contributor to customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses
