Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in the success of growing a profitable and transformative team that is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences for licensed professionals around the world.

The preferred candidate will have experience managing front line teams, understands customer cycles and key growth KPI’s, while providing insights to aid the business in driving decisions and outcomes.

The leader in this role works closely with cross functional teams to help Evidence in Motion maintain its’ lead in the continuing education marketplace.

Reporting to the Sr.

Director, this individual will be regarded as a leader and stakeholder in the division’s future.

Duties and Responsibilities include: * Oversees front line, student facing teams to drive exceptional student experiences* Provides insights into business drivers, key metrics and team performance to help drive student enrollment efficiencies and identifies areas of opportunity or risk* Contribute to and execute process improvement and long-term department strategy* Actively engages, manages and solicits feedback from direct reports to implement improvements inside of their systems and processes* Develop, deliver and manage weekly operational reporting tied to process excellence within our CRM and Student Information System* Co-manage a robust student pipeline and ensures teams are converting qualified applicants (leads) into enrolled students* Support monthly planning activities which includes but not limited to team workloads, goal setting and talent management* Collaborates with marketing team on voice-of-customer insights, promotional planning, events and go-to-market efforts Key Qualifications * 3-5 years previous managerial experience and an understanding of business processes and products.* Executive level communication and influencing skills with the ability and personal style to inspire confidence and work successfully with multi-faceted audiences (customers, marketing, business leaders, academic faculty, etc.)* Strong business and financial acumen, with a history of delivering results* Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of ambiguity* Ability to think creatively and work independently to lead projects* Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Excellent interpersonal communication and strong presentation skills Preferred: * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 5-7 years of relevant work experience* Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM along with moderate technical aptitude Benefits: Competitive salary, amazing health, dental, and vision insurance.
