Director of Sales-Strategic Accounts

Carrier Enterprise

This is a Full-time position in Houston, TX posted July 20, 2021.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning to increase market share, sales & margin.
  • Build relationships within the market to assist the sales team in establishing and managing accounts
  • Sr Level liaison with Key Accounts
  • Coach, motivate and mentor Account Managers & Inside Sales Representatives to achieve monthly sales & performance objectives.
  • Implement overall product, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Manage delivery and implementation of on-going training and education programs.
  • Recruitment, development and recognition of sales professionals and support staff
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in developing and executing a strategy for revenue and margin growth.
  • 7+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to persuade, convince, influence, and work cross-functionally.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach
  • Exceptional communication, judgment, and strategic planning with prudent risk taking abilities
  • 8+ years of HVAC, construction, refrigeration, control systems or related industry sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performance work teams

Education:
BS / BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering Required
