This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted June 6, 2021.

Today, there are more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve.

The Opportunity

As the Director, Professional Services at Netskope, you will report to the VP, Customer Experience with responsibility for defining, building, and managing the global Professional Services function to enable large enterprise cloud deployments using the Netskope platform.

The ideal candidate is a respected leader who has thrived inside high growth successful teams.

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to build customer confidence in the Professional Services value proposition.

You will also develop a repeatable and scalable approach to implementing services that drive adoption, renewal, and expansion.

This is a leadership role and requires a combination of technical and customer-facing skills and the ability to coach and mentor Professional Services professionals. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand Netskope platform and technology, value proposition, customer landscape and complexities Develop and deliver a range of Professional Services offerings and packages to drive adoption of the Netskope platform.

Develop and maintain operational runbooks that include detailed documentation from new customer turn-up procedures to topology diagrams to include New customer/site turn-up templates, Handbook for “Day 1” network operations, Troubleshooting procedures, knowledge transfer training for customer operational team Implement the process, systems, and technology required to support the delivery of successful customer projects Partner with Sales in pre-qualification and scoping to ensure that high-quality deals are sold that will lead to successful customer outcomes Respond to field sales requests for services proposals, contracts or customer meetings Participate in weekly field sales and sales management calls to ensure Netskope’s services are properly scoped and included in Netskope deals Engage Netskope’s customers weekly to ensure expectations are being met and customer satisfaction is high Ensure all relevant services documentation (timesheets, expense reports, etc) has been collected weekly and submitted Sales Ops and Revenue Accounting.

Maintain a weekly forecast of delivered revenue for the current month and the current quarter Manage the activities of direct reports, delivery partners, and training partners to achieve/over-achieve on quarterly revenue targets Hire, onboard, manage and mentor a team of technical Professional Services consultants
Required Experience and Skills:
5
– 7 years of leadership experience leading a services delivery and/or services sales team and over-achieving revenue goals 3
– 5 years of quota carrying sales experience with a history of consistently achieving revenue targets 3
– 5 years of experience hands-on technical design, implementation, and leadership of enterprise deployments Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling/supporting network security technologies including but not limited to Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and Encryption gateways Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities Executive-level interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue Self-directed with the ability to identify and solve complex cross-functional problems Excellent proposal and contract writing skills Excellent communications and presentation skills Multilingual capability a plus
Other Requirements:
Prior experience in early-stage startups Self-starter that can work independently and exercise judgment on a regular basis with minimal oversight along with a ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to take a hands-on approach.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally Strong problem-solving skills Must be able and willing to travel approx.
