If so, 1st Heritage Credit has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a District Manager The District Manager (DM) is responsible for the administration and coordination of activities for an assigned group of branch offices.

The DM develops, reviews and recommends objectives, policies and procedures to meet strategic goals and objectives.

It helps ensure we remain active in every aspect of our community to celebrate our people as a whole community.” -Jesse W., Store Manager in Canada Responsibilities: Evaluate the effectiveness of the branch office system and individual branches by directing reviews of branch activity and analyzing activity statistics and related reports.Responsible for income and expense goal setting and end results, consistent with the company’s business plan.Provide guidance; supervise, train, and evaluate Branch Managers; and assist Managers in meeting/reaching sales, growth, profitability goals.Arrange and coordinate staff meetings with Branch Managers to provide effective communications and support to subordinate personnel.Develop and monitor district budgets; validate and document all personnel actions and compensation plans, within delegated authority.Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations throughout the branch system.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or Marketing is a plus, but not required.At least five (5) years of increasingly responsible work experience as a manager serving in capacities with decision-making responsibility as well as setting work priorities for employees and developing and appraising employee work performance.

Additional financial services industry experience can be substituted on a year-by-year basis for college coursework.Prior demonstrated ability and experience to establish and control budgets.Previous demonstrated work experience to coordinate multiple responsibilities, to delegate daily management of operations activities, and to plan for further activities to principal direct reports.Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of Company personnel.Ability to travel to branches in your District as needed and/or overnight.
