Demonstrate strong End to End program/ project management skills to include planning, tracking, organization and problem solving in support of AVAYA Voice products and Contact Center environments.Use Microsoft Project for projecting timelines and required deliverables with dependencies using Gant Chart views.
Manage Network Service request and Reverse Engagement for 3rd party projects within a Contact Center Voice environment.
Background experience working with Avaya VoIP infrastructure or known knowledge of platform is a must.
Past Client work experience would be a plus for processes and procedures.
