The CSM is responsible for ensuring that our customers are guided through the filing and approval process seamlessly.

This role is a nice combination of customer service and administration, perfect for a well-organized and efficient people person.

Works closely with colleagues in different departments to ensure a seamless and memorably great experience for our customers.
