ERP Business Development Manager

Fidelis Companies is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.

This role involves selling our ERP Staffing and Consulting Services.

We are seeking a seasoned consultative business development manager, with complex selling experience, who is able to work directly with client leaders to win project based work.

This role requires the ability to create and cultivate solid business relationships with CXO & VP
– level business and IT executives in Fortune 1000 and mid-market

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Minimum of 2 years experience in selling or recruiting in ERP (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, Infor, etc.) Proven track record of developing accounts from the ground up Extensive cold calling/inside sales experience Developing repeat business Networking Experience calling on C-level/executive management across multiple industries Strong understanding of ERP/IT systems, the cycles of implementations and the business units they effect Experience working a national market and developing accounts Must be outgoing, self-motivated, and ambitious with a strong desired to excel and a healthy sense of competition.

Ability to relate and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization effectively, orally and in writing.

Ability to manage and develop ongoing relationships with active and potential candidates and clients.

Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our in-house applicant tracking system.

Ability to understand job requirements, as well as quickly gain industry knowledge.

Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.

Customer service driven.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Strong negotiating and closing skills

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
Excellent communication skills is a MUST for this position
