Ownership of scheduling for guest services and esthie teamFull inventory oversight: drive inventory planning and oversee monthly inventory activities ensuring your haus is consistently stocked appropriately.Track and report on product trends and make recommendations for increase in product sales.Manage professional supplies, oversee and execute new product rollout protocols with haus team & launch new retail programs in store.Facilities management Key contact for all vendor relations within the haus.Partner with HR and/ or VP of Education & Training on recruitmentinitiatives, interview strategies and networking opportunities.People management front line support for team questions and/or concerns, partnering with HR on employee relations matters.Uphold safety and equipment standards ensuring the haus is a safe environment for staff and clients.Review and analyze data for monthly reporting and strategy discussions.Administrative responsibilities include payroll reporting, time off approval, new hire onboarding, disciplinary actions and performance management.Drive local marketing initiatives, build partnerships with local businesses and aim to get the word out about your haus.Focus on maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation within the haus at all times.Lead By Example: As part of your active onboarding at Face Haus, in the first 90 days, you will take on a present, guest services role in store, by way of scheduling shifts entrenched with the guest services team.

Simply put, you lead by example.Some must haves: 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 10 or more in a similar client services based environment5+ years of inventory management experience2+ years of product sales experienceExperience effectively managing scheduling for a staff of 10 or more employees Booking/ POS software proficiencyTech Savvy requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and Google Suite (Gmail, G-Calendar, G-Drive, Meet, Sheets, etc.)Experience reviewing and analyzing data reports related to business management (P& L, inventory, utilization, performance metrics, etc).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective organization skills with attention to detailAbility to work effectively and cross-functionally with a virtual leadership team, strong communication is key!Must be available to work evenings and weekendsHere are some additional preferences:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldDirect experience in the beauty services industryStrong local network and familiarity with related local businesses and marketing opportunitiesPhysical Requirements:Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.Lifting and moving boxes up to 25 poundsMust be able to travel locally when necessary.
