You are: A risk-savvy and compliance-smart Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with expertise in U.S.

federal government system security certification and accreditation requirements and processes.

You have proven success in leading a team-oriented environment, advising project teams and senior executives in managing system accreditation processes, and can work creatively and analytically to solve complex information security problems.

The work: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of AFS client delivery teams’ implementation of federal and non-federal information system accreditation activities Develop, document, and monitor compliance with and reporting of AFS system security plans (SSPs) in accordance with federal requirements (i.e., NISPOM, DAAPM, etc.) and client-provided guidelines for management, operational, and technical controls Lead self-inspections of AFS SSPs, and verify corrective actions are taken for all identified findings and vulnerabilities Advise client delivery teams and AFS leadership on managing risks associated with federal information system accreditation activities Show more Show less Qualifications Here’s what you need: U.S.

Citizenship required Strong understanding of federal government frameworks and control standards for assessment and authorization, including FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, and NIST SP 800 series publications (53, 82, 171) DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification for IAM Level II (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP [or Associate], GSLC, CCISO) Collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams, virtually and in-person Ability to travel as required (25%) Other required skills: Written and verbal communication and presentation skills Bonus points if you have: 2 years of industry experience as a federal ISSM or ISSO, either within government or industry Experience with any or all of the following tools: CSAM, XACTA, eMASS Experience in leading information security functions, strategy, and risk within a large organization Ideal candidate has a working knowledge of interacting with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and can guide a project team through the connection approval process for SIPRNet and JWICS level networks within contractor facilities As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000
