Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 12+ years of experience in an industrial environment 8+ years knowledge in ISO 9001 and API 8+ years of Supplier Quality experience Demonstrated global leadership experience in a Quality organization       PREFFERED
Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation Training Oilfield services operational and technical experience Failure Mode, Effects and Critically Analysis (FMEAC) / TapRoot experience     
Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, analytical and multi-tasking skills; especially when under pressure Ability to lead technical investigation and assign effective & practical action plan Strong technical communication and presentation skills Ability to drive service quality & reliability KPIs Ability to collaborate with others and have good team building skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet milestones and deadlines A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent applicable scientific education Minimum 7  years’ industry experience with at least 3 years relevant product (service) line  application experience applications (or equivalent experience) Provide cross functional communication and training for supplier management procedures and processes and monitor adherence Develops positive relationships and collaborates closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Product Lines, and Suppliers to implement an effective program and address issues Establishes goals/objectives and performance metrics for the Supplier Quality functions for Weatherford  Ensures products are supplied in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements  Collaborate with the Geozones and Commercial Operations Center to ensure appropriate Supplier Quality costs are included in key bid proposals Faciliate cross functional coordination to rationalize Weatherford’s supplier portfolio Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical notes, procedures and specifications Ability to make presentations to multi-disciplined groups (including internal and external), run effective workshops and produce reports / documentation Demonstrated abilities related to problem-solving, decision-making, judgement, leadership, and team-oriented skills in order to manage multiple projects Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with suppliers Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and third party auditors Analytical understanding of defect data, perform root cause analyses, and determine corrective and preventative actions
