What better way to cultivate community than to use the power of food as a way to bring people together!As a team member of Blended Culture, we want YOU to also feel taken care of and feel like you are an intricate part of our community.What you’ll do:Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areasEnsure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperaturesEnsure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all productsWorking knowledge of all kitchen equipmentSolid understanding of standard measurements and portionsUse the proper utensils and portions at all timesKeep work area clean, sanitized, and organizedKeep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinetsCoordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracyAssist with re-stocking of all plateware and food items as neededAssist other positions when neededPerform all opening and closing procedures according to the current manualMay be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shiftEnsure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulationsPerform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to timeWhat were looking for:Availability required for afternoons, nights and weekendsPizza experience required (wood fired preferred)Strong leadership skillsHands on management position (will be working the line)Must have the required licenses, such as, food handlers & TABCSome front of house experience preferredCommitment to highest customer service standardsMust be able to carry at least 50 lbsA personable individual, who has a “can do” attitudeA self-motivated teammate that thrives in a busy, fast-paced environmentMust bring positivity to all shiftsExcellent emotional control in fast-paced environmentsAdaptable/flexible, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionMust work well in a team environmentMust be punctual, self-motivated, and prepared for shiftsMust have a reliable source of transportation to and from shiftsAbility to be productive and effective in both busy and slow timesAbility to be on your feet for long periods of timeMust maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanlinessMSB Host LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a diverse environment.
