My client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to work in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in the downhole market that will be responsible for:Achieving revenue and margin goalsIdentifying and calling on potential new customersCreating value propositions that meet the customer’s needsDeveloping ongoing customer relationshipsMaintaining customer data, sales activity and forecasts in a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)National shows and meetingsQualified individuals will possess the following attributes:5-10 years of outside sales experienceDemonstrated record of quota attainmentSuccessful background in account acquisition and retentionSuccessful business-to-business sales backgroundExperience selling to the downhole industry, wire-line logging experience preferredDesire to work in an environment that rewards strong ethical standards and conductA natural problem-solver and teacher that can work with our customers and prospects to deliver to best solution for both customer and vendor.Mechanically-orientedStrong communicatorStrategic thinkerCRM software solution expertiseSafe driving recordBachelor’s degree preferred.They are a privately owned, family company with a firm foundation in the downhole, wire-line logging field with patented products and accompanying services to address a wide array of the needs of the oilfield services market.
