HR Product Manager

Overview: HR Product ManagerFull Time Contract to HireRemote, USA$120-$130/hr BenefitsOur client is looking for an HR Apps Lead/ Product Manager to be a part of our team.

Reporting to the Director of People Technology, you will analyze and implement applications used within HR.

You will work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to assess business needs, gather requirements, build plans, and help understand and improve the product.

Youll need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile-like work environment with iterative planning and delivery cyclesYou Will:Be an expert as a Product Manager in the HR function with deep HR process and domain knowledge.Analyze, draft, validate and finalize business and technical requirements and be able to recommend suitable solutions.Work with teams to implement and recommend best practices to ensure efficient use of applications including configurations, business processes, data management, security architecture, and reportingInfluence other teams to ensure deadlines are met; hold partners accountableParticipate in design, implementation and support of business processManage project resources; create solutions to unexpected obstaclesWork and represent the team on multi-team projectsAnalyze and develop requirements for proposed projects, including data and process flow, application design and usability.

Translate customer’s needs into business requirement documents.Proactively examine the change impact of process adjustments on people, strategy, systems and general business operations to determine priority of needs.Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases and facilitate UAT sessions.Provide training, create user guides, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and other support materials.Provide mentoring, coaching and support for People team members.Help evaluate new technologies, application solutions, techniques, and related products and tools.Influence development roadmaps to build scalability and automation into analysisYou Have:6 years of relevant experience with HR or IT products/ applications, preferably SAAS applications or Custom applications.6 years experience of HR/ IT product management.Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent experienceCore competencies in the creation of Business Cases, User Stories, and Workflow Diagrams.

Additional competencies in the creation of Functional Requirements, data mapping, data modeling, and systems migrations are preferred.Good knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories and concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.The ability to use independent judgment in identifying the root cause of problems, and developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity.Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences.Good interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, customers and other external partiesPlease submit your resume for considerationTargetCW is an equal opportunity employer.
