Hubspot-Marketing Channel Manager

This is a Full-time position in Fort Worth, TX posted August 26, 2021.

The Marketing Channel Manager position will develop and manage our targeted channel marketing program.

This position works closely with various internal teams to drive new marketing leads and reports to the Director of Marketing.

The person in this role has demonstratable HubSpot knowledge and is incredibly comfortable producing conversion paths, nurture sequences, workflows, emails, contact lists, landing pages, and website pages in HubSpot.

The Marketing Channel Manager is a strategist and holistic marketer with a passion and skill for inbound marketing methodology, marketing automation, content creation, paid campaigns, promotion, SEO, and optimizing channel performance.

All work will be performed in our downtown Fort Worth office
– this is not a remote position.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage marketing channels and campaigns on the HubSpot platform.

Build and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter paid campaigns to drive marketing leads.

Utilize data, research insights, feedback, and program reporting to optimize your communication strategy continually.

Bring new ideas to the table
– you can re-invent and not just execute on the status quo Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, marketing database, email, website, and display advertising campaigns.

Provide support monthly to Sales Webinar or as needed.

Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Identify trends and insights and optimize investment based upon performance.

Create content for website, blog, email, social, sales presentations, and other distribution channels.

Track and respond to customer reviews.

Provide HubSpot support and training to the sales team and other internal departments as needed.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Evaluate emerging technologies.

Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Maintain database of advertising and editorial resources.

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
BA/MS degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven and advanced working experience in HubSpot marketing automation system.

Collaboration skills to work across internal and external teams, as needed.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.

Google Analytics).

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily lnDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
