Headquartered in Dallas, Texas with extensive product distribution throughout North America and expansion occurring in many other global markets, their Texas market is growing!Associate Commercial Account Manager – South Texas (Remote)As the Associate Commercial Account Manager, you will strategically partner with dealers, contractors, builders, developers, property management firms, architects, and other applicable decision makers with the ultimate goal of increased revenues in the South Texas market.This position will be based out of a home office and require regular travel within the assigned Texas territory.Responsibilities:Own the commercial client relationships.Manage the onboarding process for new customers.Product knowledge training for all customers.All day-to-day pre and post-sales activity conducted in Salesforce.Determine the pricing structure and multipliers for each customer.Conduct effective continuing education (CEU) presentations – minimum of 24 in the year.Competitive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and other sales-related information.Participate in regional conference calls, meetings, and trade shows.Provide weekly report to Director, Channel Sales.All other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (i.E.

ideally selling fence, hardscapes, landscapes, or irrigation related products)Ability to structure productive activity plans from a home office environment with little to no supervisionExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDriven personality with a “winning” attitudeMust be a team player with dedication to the 1-Step Channel’s successWillingness and ability to travel overnight 30% – 40% of the timeBilingual – English/Spanish highly desired, although not requiredMust be located within the South Texas territoryBenefits:Our client values their employees’ time and efforts.
