Stefanini is looking for a IT Service Delivery Manager for remote location Job Description:This is a technical project management position in which the project manager works as a member of the Retail Payments Technology Services -RPTS
– Application Delivery Services -ADS
– team to provide support for ADS specific projects as well as ADS activities that support RPTS technology projects and programs.

These projects may be of moderate to high complexity, scale and risk.

The project manager will be responsible for the development implementation, maintenance, and support of a management information system to collect data from various project teams presenting it in a project dashboard.

Requirements for the system will be provided by RPTS management.

The project manager may direct the work of other project managers and team members not under his or her direct administrative responsibility as well as collaborating with other IT managers and the RPTS Project Management Office to identify and assign resources to projects to meet customer demand.

The project manager will collaborate with other IT professionals to establish improve and enforce software development processes across multiple teams.

The project manager may be asked from time-to-time to lead and or participate in projects to influence processes and standards at the local business line, and or System level Responsibilities:Responsible for bringing products to end users in an engaging, functional way, while collaborating with other Federal Reserve Banks and Business Lines.

The Product Delivery Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product line’s potential audience.

Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on software products are important in this role.

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

Functional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Leadership: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience may lead small projects with manageable risks resource requirements.

May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management Minimum Requirements:Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.Minimum experience required of the position: 3+ years software product delivery management experience in a supervisory capacity.Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position: Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
