The mission of this role

You will ensure to manage right the A to C clients from beauty sector, focusing on the sales growth strategy within America.

Key Responsibilities


Develop new business in line with company targets

Qualify both the client and potential Prospecting and converting identified company targets into Developing strong relations and trust Providing the right solutions in order to meet the account performance objectives and customer´s expectations.


Maturing Sales Opportunity

Supports internal and externally existing products and materials developed.

Proactively recognizing new opportunities within the current market place.

Liaises with the Customer Care Specialist to guarantee the client satisfaction.

Supports sales area in technical visits to clients Work closely with Business Development team to offer the bet catalogue of products according clients expectations.


Guarantee profitable accounts

Monitor and analyse the account performance in order to identify risks within the process by having follow up meetings and project Monitor the margin levels by clients and stablish that action plan necessary to keep the company profitability.


Guarantee profitable accounts

Provide accurate sales forecast and planning Prepare and analyse monthly statistical sales reports and propose corrective action plans for any variances against target.


5-6 years’ experience in primary packaging for the beauty and cosmetics market
Basic technical knowledge within packaging sector for beauty industry Qualifications in sales, marketing Native English is required PC Proficiency: Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Negotiation & communication Skills
