Maintenance Supervisor

Overview: AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at AMLI Riverfront Green in LoDo.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the maintenance team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property.

Earn up to $1,500 in sign on bonus Duties Include:Lead the maintenance staff; delegate and/or participate in diagnosis of problems and replacement and/or repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances.Schedule and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work.Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial and grounds departments under the direction and with the approval of the Community Manager.Assist in annual budget preparation.

Monitor and control utility, repair and maintenance and capital expense per budget.Ensure timely and effective maintenance of property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal and that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner.Required to rotate call with other service staff as well as back up Maintenance Technicians as required.
