As a Team Manager, you’ll join a team of awesome talented and compassionate customer service professionals who work remotely or on-site and are improving healthcare one call at a time. Our Team Managers lead engagement teams to ensure productivity and quality measures are met.

What you’ll do as a Team Manager:

* Manage team member performance and development through training and mentoring
* Ensure your remote and on-site team meets quality expectations through required call monitoring audits, coaching and counseling processes
* Establish excellent working relationship with other internal departments as needed to proactively resolve issues
* Adapt communication style to persons representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
* In conjunction with Senior Manager, assess hiring, staffing and training needs of assigned staff and provide recommendations to improve processes
* Answer questions and provide guidance to Team Members who are helping members navigate the process
* Responding to 24-hour/7-day-a-week service needs based on program ensuring follow-through resolution of issue

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
* Minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory/Management role in a Contact Center environment
* 1 year experience managing remote employees preferred
* Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, health insurance and managed care concepts
