Manager, Account Management


This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted July 4, 2021.

Team Dealers are a critical channel servicing $5B+ of decorated apparel and gear across the US for schools, sports organizations, and other groups.

OMG is the leader in connecting product selection, order management, and fulfillment, and has rapidly changed the way the industry sells branded and personalized apparel, hardware, and gear to consumers online.
The Manager of Team Account Management plays a critical role leading Account Managers in the retention and satisfaction of existing Team Dealer customer accounts.

Moreover, OMG’s success is tied to our client’s success, so the Manager of Team Account Management must implement and expand upon playbooks designed to help grow our client’s business.

The Manager of Team Account Management will need to build tailored customer engagement tactics to optimize their health, identify expansion opportunities, and drive operational efficiency in a steady channel.
A Day in the Life
Hire, train, develop, and coach a Team of Account Managers.

Maximize customer success through OMG platform usage.

Define drivers of usage to help optimize client health and adoption.

Implement and expand upon playbooks to grow Team client’s business.

Establish processes to drive operational efficiency and prioritization of activities across Team Dealer accounts.

Develop and implement strategies to discover growth opportunities within existing clients.

Deliver new products, company programs, and initiatives to the Team client base.

What You Need
2+ years leading an Account Management, Customer Success, or equivalent team 6+ years Account Management, Customer Success, or equivalent experience in a SaaS company Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience Experienced Microsoft Office user Salesforce or other leading CRM experience Data-driven Detail oriented Strong communicator and collaborator Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
