This role will oversee the company’s consolidation process around the Company’s key financial systems: NetSuite, Blackline, and Workiva.

This role requires close coordination and communication with global finance teams, business information systems and master data.

Responsibilities: Oversee the monthly financial consolidation process under US GAAP and IFRS and ensure timeliness of reporting by monitoring monthly work-flow status Lead the consolidation of new acquisitions Review and post consolidation entries, ensure intercompany balances eliminate upon consolidation, and analytically review the financial statements for unusual items/amounts Administrator duties for the following systems NetSuite, Blackline, and Workiva would include: Opening and closing of periods Granting access to Accounting and Finance users Testing new releases and upgrades and working with BIS for implementation Maintain chart of accounts, entity structure, reports, categories Partner with members of Controllership, External Reporting, and Finance teams to roadmap changes to NetSuite and other business applications in order to support strategic initiatives and to improve efficiency of the Monthly and Quarterly Close Processes.

Work to standardize and drive the completeness and accuracy of reporting in NetSuite and other finance applications.

Monitor automated jobs in NetSuite (such as FX, Elimination, Etc.) and ensure they are consistent with business requirements and relevant accounting standards.

Guide developers in translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications for deploying end-to-end solutions, and provide testing prior to implementation Provide end-user support for NetSuite and other business applications.

Conduct periodic training for end users on current and new system features and processes.

Work with the Information Systems team to address system issues and issues as they arise.

Support External Auditors by creating reports to meet year-end and quarter end audit requirements.

Assist with Financial Applications system projects, upgrades and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Review and test key reports to support Sarbanes Oxley requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined above, there are a number of traits that a successful candidate will possess.

Technical 5 years of hands-on experience in the controllership function and technical system knowledge, including prior consolidation experience.

BA or BS in Accounting or Finance required.

CPA preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP, and experience with the preparation and presentation of financial statements under guidelines established by US GAAP, as well as knowledge of IFRS Systems knowledge – experience with NetSuite, Blackline, and Workiva desired Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) Strong oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Personality Entrepreneurial with a self-starting personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Ability to assess and understand issues at both the macro and micro levels; and able to communicate these issues to direct reports.
