Become a Partner Integrations Manager for an innovative leader in high-tech, residential access solutions.

Location: Remote, US Travel: Up to 40% The Manager of Partner Integration s, Yale Real Living, drives top line Yale Real Living Sales by developing and managing partner integration relationships for all Yale Real Living products.

Currenty Yale Real Living has over 80 integration partners that include Apple, Google and Amazon.

Organizational Relationships : The Manager of Partner Integrations reports to the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development.

In addition, the Manager will work to coordinate across multiple teams within the Assa Abloy Global Smart Residential group (Bus Dev, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering).

As required to identify new partner targets, drive successful integrations and assist in managing long term relationships.

Responsibilities :
• Lead all partner integration activities
• Ensure Yale Locks and other devices are certified/approved on each partner platform
• Work with Sales to find and qualify new integration partners on an on-going basis
• Maintain and expand the Integration Partner Space
• Work through use cases with integration partners to find the best product fit
• Coordinate with integration partners on technical integration issues
• Lead partner development projects and programs when required
• Special projects as required Requirements :
• BA/BS degree in Engineering
• Systems engineer experience or mindset
• 10 years with Home Automation or Home Security technologies
• Excel in team leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must possess strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to thrive in a high energy, multitasking, and results driving work environment
• Available to travel up to 40%
