If you have what it takes to become part of the Vistra Energy family and would like to start a promising career with a global leader, take a look at the exciting employment opportunities that are currently available and apply online.n n Job Summary nThe Voice Services Manager will be responsible for managing the design and integrity of Vistra’s voice network, including on premise legacy PBX’s and cloud hosted solutions.

They will manage the necessary planning, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall voice network architecture for Vistra.

They will partner and work closely with key strategic vendors, service providers as well as other internal IT teams.

The Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, and leading a mid-size team of employees and contractors, as needed, that understand and demonstrate the culture and values of Technology Services.n n Job Description n n Key Accountabilities n
• Manage the process of designing, developing, deployingand maintaining tools and processes to support operations for Technology.
• Lead team to document and educate users about relevant processes.
• Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets, modifying systems where needed to deliver desired results.
• Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance.
• Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance (incident handling, process execution, etc.)
• Establish roadmap to maintain currency, incorporate new features, and delivery TS objectives through technology solutions.nPartner with other teams to identify dependencies and align roadmaps.n n Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements n
• Experienced gained though college degree programs and/or certifications in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of working in an IT environment
• 3-5 years of technology team management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaming skills.
• Ability to navigate technology environment and work effectively with multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable.
• Ability to learn quickly, be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges.

• Ability to prioritize requests to deliver highest-impacting items first.nArticulate business value of solutions within their scopen n Key Metrics n
• Team member engagement across technology department
• Tools adoption and usage, where appropriate
• Implement improvements that result in reduced operating or capital expense.
• Implement automation that results in increased operational efficiency and decreased operational cost.n n Additional Key Accountabilities: n Hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of voice technology including, but not limited to Cisco Call Manager and RingCentral.

In depth knowledge of IP networks based on multi-vendor environments is required including Arista, Cisco and Palo Alto, and the ability to troubleshoot complex voice issues running across a multi-vendor environment.
