Marketing Director

Neovia Logistics

This is a Full-time position in Irving, TX posted July 20, 2021.

Neovia’s Director of Marketing will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that develops brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.

Oversees market research and designs marketing plans for Neovia’s services.

Implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in local, national and global markets.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication and leadership skills.

Budgets and allocates resources for communication programs that align with market research findings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for establishing marketing plans, execution of plans, and tracking of results/outcomes Creates and manages external communication strategies including website, social media, etc.

Interfaces with internal communications to ensure seamless and aligned messaging In close cooperation with the external Marketing agency, nurtures the company’s visibility on the market (e.g.

organizing events, webinars or conferences to be attended by prospective clients, writing specialized blogs, publish business cases or articles in specialized magazines) in order to generate new business.

Brand Management / Content Management sharing the vision of Neovia and its capabilities.

Develops and manages marketing budget Ability to communicate / influence with all levels of leadership Knowledge of marketing, creative and automation tools Knowledge of revenue and tracking tools including CRM solutions Strategic Marketing Plan Brand management plan Detailed annual and periodic deliverables based on marketing and brand management plans External facing website
Cross Functional Interfaces:
Coordinates with Sales/Commercial team on Brand Management and Customer facting assets Coordinates with internal Communications to ensure alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field At least 7 years job experience with marketing experience, preferably in a Logistics company.

Four or more years of field marketing leadership experience.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Strategic and tactical marketing experience.

Independent, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and accurate way of working with cross-functional and international, multi-cultural teams.

Proven track record in developing marketing strategies with correspondig assets.

Proven experienc working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; actual sales experience is highly desirable.

Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility.

Experience in using traditional, social and digital marketing channels for sales lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.

Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget Ability to align tactical plans with strategies Inbound marketing strategy/execution experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily sedentary.

Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
