The Opportunity 

The Account Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within target account.

The ABM manager will lead and build marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs and 1:few campaigns (including both inbound and outbound tactics) as well as working 3rd party ABM/digital vendors to meet pipeline an revenue requirements.

The Job

  • ABM Strategy and GTM for Telco/Govt – Develop and implement target account based marketing strategy, account groupings and GTM approach including engagement, experiences and offers around key revenue targets
  • 1:Few ABM Campaigns – Design & execute 1:few marketing initiatives (marketing communications, campaigns, content, events, digital plans, etc) to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.
  • Contacts & Database – Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Vendor Management – Work with ABM and other vendors to build orchestrated plays that drive account engagement and conversion
  • Reporting & Measurement – Define key ABM indicators (KPIs), manage day-to-day performance and optimization of efforts against those KPIs as well as report out to key internal audiences.

What skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 year or related experience, preferably in a high-tech or B2B environment. Experience in networking a plus.
  • Experience in building ABM programs that reach service provider and government type of accounts.
  • Familiar with modern ABM digital technologies and platforms (6Sense, Demanbase, Terminus, etc).
  • Familiarity with marketing into government agencies
  • Proven track record in developing and executing innovative and multi-dimensional integrated efforts including marketing communications, content, events, digital and demand generation initiatives (programs/campaigns) based on account groupings.
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing models (1:1, 1:few or 1:many) and working regional selling teams with demonstrable results. Initial focus for this role will be executing ABM efforts in a 1:few fashion for approximately 200 accts.
  • Experience building, launching and reporting on ABM initiatives using HubSpot and Salesforce.
