Seeking a Marketing Manager who is excited to play an integral part of the Marketing Team in an established and growing company providing Software as a Service to First Responders.

This role will contribute to growing brand awareness and generating new leads.

Our offices are in Austell, GA to accommodate employees commuting from Marietta, GA, Kennesaw, GA, Smyrna, GA, Powder Springs, GA, Woodstock, GA, Dallas, GA and Atlanta, GA.

Primary Responsibilities Design content for social media that delights and entertains our customers and prospects Shoot and edit video content that helps to educate prospects on our offerings Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to grow the business, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for the sales team Write blog and eBook content for our website Generate interest for earned media opportunities Develop, execute, and track the lead generation efforts and communication workflow Utilize CRM, Search Engine Marketing, and Marketing Automation Tools to improve the customer experience and increase interaction leading to conversion to sales opportunities Support distributor relationships with co-branded marketing resources.

Travel expectation of 20% primarily for trade shows and client visits.

Skills: Knowledge of marketing, including advertising, content creation, and software such as Hubspot and Salesforce Graphic Design: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Demonstrated history of creating successful campaigns Effective communication skills Excellent writing and grammar Ability to quickly understand complex problems and recommend solutions Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans and manage budgets Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail Positive attitude and service-oriented approach when collaborating with others Motivated self-starter able to independently manage your projects and required tasks Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in business to business marketing of a service Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in Emergency Management a plus Microsoft Suite experience preferred SaaS, Hubspot, Salesforce, Teams experience a plus Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills Benefits Health Care, Dental and Vision Benefits 401K with Company Match and Profit-Sharing Potential Employer Paid Life Insurance Competitive Salary 3 Weeks Paid Vacation Standard Office Hours 8:30AM to 5:00PM Office environment (not a remote position) , our offices are in Austell, GA Company Overview Founded in 2007, EMS Technology Solutions has experienced steady growth allowing us to build an exciting family friendly culture and amazing relationships with our clients.
