They will assist with managing project timelines, coordinating advertising deadlines and schedules and releasing projects to outside vendors based on production deadlines.
Responsibilities – Using agency Project Management Software Tools:Daily review of project status listMonitor individual project schedules to assure deadlines are being metFollow the routing process and trouble shoot where the deadlines are falling shortUpdate status report on a regular basis as neededMonitor separate Print Ad Publication Schedules to assure requirements are being metMange the uploading/downloading of assets as requiredManage the release of print/digital files as requiredClose Projects according to completion processTrack monthly project billing list to be submitted for invoicingUpdate Production Manager on a regular basis regarding any conflicts, delays, postponements or unusual situations that may hinder meeting the established project deadlineAssist with additional requests when required assistance is necessaryCross train to learn entire Production Management Workflow ProcessMaintain current knowledge related to project management and/or attend training sessions as required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related fieldPrior experience working as a Production Coordinator or Internship in an Advertising/Marketing environment (minimum three years)Working knowledge of ad campaigns, print, digital and motion project fundamentalsUnderstanding of Adobe Software capabilities and related language to InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and the entire Adobe SuiteExperience working in Project Management SoftwareExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills, either PC or MAC, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially ExcelSharp business acumen and detail orientedHigh standards for quality assurance and excellence in all work productStrong organizational and time-management skillsCustomer-service oriented and a strong, get-it-done attitudeComfortable with a fast-paced work place and a deadline driven environment
