Positions Details:
In this role, you will lead a team that is responsible for seeking out new customers by receiving inbound inquiries or proactively making outbound calls.

The Medicare Agent Engagement Manager will monitor key performance indicator metrics to oversee the entire sales administration process.

You will help implement growth strategies and collaborate with various matrix partners to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads, coaches and develops the Medicare Sales team concentrating on individual sales, productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives and goals.

Conducts regular check-ins with agents to drive their performance, ensure continual.

development, and to hold them accountable for achieving individual and team goals.

Communicates goals and monitors individuals and team to identify and act on both positive and negative trends to ensure attainment of financial and performance targets.

Manage the team to ensure that persistency targets are achieved.

Conducts daily call monitoring to identify coaching opportunities.

Reinforces learning on a daily basis through call monitoring, individual agent coaching, and assessment of agent analytics.

Resolves escalated customer issues.

Leads team through change by developing a positive team relationship.

Facilitates compliance with all corporate policies.

Handles multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years background in Medicare and other supplemental health product sales.

Prior people management experience strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skill.

Ability to drive results, think strategically and implement a new business growth strategy.

Leadership skills required in order to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.

Solid client and prospect presentation skills.

Working proficiency with metrics, measurements, reports and operations.

Strong organizational and analytical skills that result in conclusive recommendations.

Efficient knowledge of MSOffice products
Must Have:
Must an ACTIVE Life & Health Insurance License for each state managed.

AHIP Certified or obtain new hire start date Valid Driver’s License Reliable Transportation Cell Phone
