Fast.Seriously. No jerks.We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team to oversee the Dallas office. This position reports to the Dallas based HR Business Partner and will be responsible for supporting the Dallas team. As our ideal candidate, you are comfortable being the point person for all things related to keeping an office of 60 people (and growing) running smoothly. You are detail oriented, and extremely organized. You are able to anticipate needs. You have superior customer service skills and are comfortable being the face and the voice of the Company for all visitors and external inquiries/vendors. You continually look for new ways to make processes more efficient. When you have down time, you want to learn new things and assist the People/Human Resources team on projects. You have an interest in a potential career path in Human Resources. You want to be part of a high performing team and most of all you want to be part of something great.What You Will Do:* Oversee the daily operations of the office space, ensuring the physical workspace is well organized* Work with the building property management company and other external vendors to keep the office running smoothly including being the point person regarding repairs, AC/Heating, ergonomics and all other office-related questions/requests* Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office and oversee adherence to general office policies and procedures* Oversee desk set-up/swag for new hires* First point of contact for all internal and external visitors* Keep kitchen stocked and organized* Organize company events, assist in planning and execution* Oversee all orders and deliveries from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.* Set up conference rooms/common space for meetings and trainings as needed* Assist with onsite interview scheduling and booking candidate travel as needed* Management of job postings within Applicant Tracking System and on company social sites* Assist with data input and weekly reporting in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an inclusive employee experience* Support other departments and miscellaneous projects as neededWhat You Bring With You:* High School diploma required* 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager role including experience with facilities* Proficient in MS Office* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team* Resourceful and adaptable to the changing needs of the businessFor our regular full-time roles we offer a great benefits package!Competitive compensationMedical, Vision and Dental for you (95%) and your dependents (65%)401kFlexible time off and sick daysSupplemental bonus to support “work from home” office needsEquity incentives to give you a stake in the Company’s futureAs a remote team we are an upbeat and collaborative work cultureVirtual company-sponsored outingsRoofstock is an equal opportunity employer.
