We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager who has an innate ability to communicate tactfully.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for combining marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance the companies social media presence.

This will include interacting with customers and promoting the company brand with a focus on interactive and engaging content while expanding opportunities for revenue.

Further, the manager will develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s social media platform.ResponsibliitiesDevelops and implements marketing strategies for the organization’s social media sites.

This may include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to community communications.

Expected to stay at the leading edge of industry trends to create a marketing strategy that generates inbound leads, gains followers, and creates a positive image for the company.Responsible for bringing customers and community members together with the potential to build business relationships and communication channels.Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedulesEnsures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.Provides training and guidance to social media, marketing and facility team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.Reports progress to senior marketing management; keeps track of data andanalysis of the performance of social media campaigns.Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.Manages a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click advertising.May temporarily assume the position of marketing liaison in case of an unplanned vacancy, when qualified.Meet with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influences).

These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.Deliberate planning and goal setting; develop brand awarenessand online reputation; content management; search engine optimization (SEO) and generation of inbound traffic; cultivation of leads and sales.Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice.QualificationsPossess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related course of study (Communications or Marketing)Two (2) years of experience with social media management, marketing experience, content creation, copywriting, web design and strategy, data collection and analysis, preferred.Two (2) years of experience working in long-term care facilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
