This position does allow remote work as long as the applicant lives within a commutable distance to the office.

Position Summary This position will be responsible for the service of assigned clients and their insurance accounts.

To provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to insureds, producers, and insurance companies regarding those accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Talk to all assigned clients by telephone or in person in the office.

Stay current with all coverage information for each company represented; ability to answer the clients questions accurately Prompt access of client files in the AMS system upon receiving call from clients; review status and identify any task log items or recent activity that are relevant while on the call with the client Prompt processing of client requests using company specific forms and systems for processing changes Process all incoming mail, e-mail, telephone calls for assigned accounts the day received Document every transaction awaiting a reply from the client or insurance company Review task log items daily, and complete the task when those transactions are completed.

Take action on any incomplete transactions promptly for follow up with the client or insurance company Service clients claims: refer claim detail to appropriate insurance company or companies Ask and sell for the expiration dates on the lines of business we do not service.

Work toward cross selling those policies Prepare invoices for Agency billed accounts, track payment due date and document when payment is received.

Follow up on late payments Review all policies for accuracy and completeness of coverages.

Maintain accurate and complete data files in the AMS or Company specific websites.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or recognized equivalent, required Active California Property & Casualty Insurance license 3 years’ of experience working in the commercial insurance industry, required Computer Skills: Demonstrated strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of Agency Management Systems, preferably AMS 360 is preferred Other Qualifications: Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and be efficient with excellent verbal and written communications skills Must also have the ability to effectively work with others A positive, team-oriented attitude Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
