Process Design Consultant I

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted July 13, 2021.

Job Description:

Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques.

Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma/Agile methodologies.

Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement.

Builds action plans and drives execution.

Applies business redesign concepts and practices..

May manage teams to achieve process or project objectives.

Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function.

May be Green Belt, Black Belt or Agile certified.

Works across Check Operations supporting change and Leverages knowledge of other SMEs to drive change by determining and establishing best practices, and developing new designs and procedures to enhance the operational process.  Leverages quantitative analysis skills in driving for cost /benefit solutions.  Engages in new platform development and works with all impacted stakeholders on day to day issues and improvements.

1st shift Mon.-Fri.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Agile and PPRT(or similar project management tools) Experience working on large-scale and complex people process and technology projects Proven ability to both think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically leveraging Agile implementation tactics Motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction interact with and influence both executive and front-line leaders to create buy-in Effectively deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring the message to the audience, and documenting findings and recommendations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment Very strong self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable reports and communicate concepts MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
Desired Skills:
Six Sigma,Lean Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt), PMP Certification and Agile Certifications Knowledgeable of Bank Operations, especially those in Enterprise Transaction Services Comfortable leveraging prior work experiences to transcend knowledge gaps and add value immediately Working knowledge & experience with Change Management policy and standards at Bank of America
