If you cannot attach a resume at the time of your application, you will receive a follow up email asking you to attach your resume from a computer.Job Description:As a key member of the Investments technology team, the Order Management System (OMS) Product Manager will provide strategic direction and governance for Dimensional’s OMS platform and associated technology services within Dimensional’s Front and Middle Office organization.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with our OMS platform throughout the product lifecycle: continually refining the product vision and strategy, aligning teams, developing the roadmap, and executing on the vision for our OMS core services and having a clear understanding of the integrated dependencies with our Order Management platform.This role will advocate for the strategy with executive stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investments, Compliance, Investments Technology, Investment Analytics Data and Investments Data Services to achieve the goals of the product strategy and the firm’s goals.

The OMS that Dimensional has engaged in a strategic partnership is the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).Responsibilities:* Set and articulate a strategic vision and product roadmap in partnership with Charles River Development* Manage the full product lifecycle; including budget, resource, upgrade planning and management of upgrade implementation efforts* Align the product vision with the firm’s goals* Advocate for the OMS strategy with executive stakeholders* Perform Voice of the Customer activities with CRIMS users* Provide and or assist system integration analysis for functionality across Portfolio Management, Trading & Compliance* Oversight of the test management, quality assurance and coordination of testing with business clients during software enhancements and upgrades* Measure and drive adoption of product features and functionality* Provide system analysis of use cases aligned with CRIMS and best practices* Manage overall upgrade strategy and continued adoption of new services* Measure product metrics and plan product improvements* Develop the OMS product roadmap in partnership with Technology team leads* Coordinate with related product managers and product roadmaps* Understand customers’ use cases and maintain high-level functional requirements for customized feature enhancements with Charles Rivers product roadmap* Sponsor projects and work closely with project teams* Manage relationship with Charles River’s Relationship Manager and guide the decision process for upcoming releasesQualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience* 5 or more years’ experience managing OMS software solutions* 5 or more years’ experience with Order to Trade and Trade Settlement services* Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Cash Management and Portfolio Accounting* Demonstrated experience implementing and upgrade facilitation of enterprise, global systems* Demonstrated project management experience* Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, including data analysis* Experience with software development life cycle and systems integration* Knowledge of product management best practices* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences* A working knowledge of Agile and or Scrum* IT Service Management exposurePreferred Experience* Broad understanding of Buy Side Order Management Systems, Front and Middle Office services* Charles River Investment Management System, Bloomberg AIM, Linedata or related Order Management System capabilities* Financial Management and maintaining TCO oversight of cloud vendor managed services* A working knowledge of Data Warehouse technology* Lean Six Sigma exposureDimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees during COVID-19, the majority of Dimensional’s employees are currently working remotely.
