Product Marketing Manager Emerging Technologies

Position Summary
The Product Marketing Manager Emerging Technologies will be tasked with providing innovative means through marketing, training, promotion and overall product expertise on our recently launched Lithium-ion solutions and the entire suite of Jungheinrich material handling solutions.

Along with providing field support in potential solutions and implementation of Lithium-ion systems, this specialist will be tasked with the identification, optimization, validation and release of next generation materials designed to drive the sales goals aligned with our Business Plan targets.

As a product expert, this role also calls for effective training of internal and external (dealer network) sales teams on advanced battery systems.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
Bachelors degree .

7 to 10 years experience .

5 to 8 years of industry experience related to material handling battery systems in sales, marketing, project management or product line management roles .

High levels of self-directed initiative .

Strong, problem solving and analytical skills .

Ability to adapt well to a dynamic, fast paced environment and work well under pressure .

Development of compelling content promoting our power solutions in conjunction with the Jungheinrich suite of material handling products .

Ability to conduct market analysis including market research, Voice of the Customer data and competitive analysis of our product offering .

Clear, concise and pro-active communication skills .

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Must be able to use these skills to effectively engage participants in training on product lineup .

Excellent computer skills including the entire Microsoft Office suite of tools .

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
Knowledge of the fundamentals of Lithium-ion power solutions, components, performance, etc.

Field experience with analysis of customer requirements/ power solutions a plus .

10+ years of industry related experience .

Previous experience in a Product Marketing role Bi-lingual English/Spanish (German a plus) .

Experience in high levels of interaction with sales and commercial groups and customers .

Experience in creating various levels of product marketing media for dealer use .

Equipment and Tools Used / Working Conditions
Position based out of a standard office environment .

T ools used will include computer, phone and other standard office supplies.

In support of dealer network, National Accounts, internal sales teams and the end user, there could be work required in customer’s facilities.

Up to 50% travel required.
