Production Testing Sales/Account Manager

This is a Full-time position in Converse, TX posted July 15, 2021.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Develop strategic sales plans, and analyze opportunities to grow market share within the East Texas/North Louisiana market and assigned E& P organizations* Proven track record of closing sales at all levels, field, city and executive* Responsible for development of sales forecasting and tracking of assigned customers* Establish and develop new opportunities at all levels and manage project coordination and follow up* Upload all contacts and manage all sales opportunities using company Licensed CRM (Salesforce.com)* Builds relationships with key decision makers at all levels* Market analysis including opportunities and threats* Participates in sales shows and conferences etcas needed* Troubleshoots problems regarding job performance and implements changes* Will spend 80% of time traveling to customers* Other duties as assignedRequirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience:* 3+years of experience in sales in the oil and gas industry* High school diploma or GED required* Bachelor of Science degree preferred* Establish contacts at appropriate levels in E & P organizations* Technical knowledge of water transfer, completion services, and production testing* Effective communicator and decision-maker* Demonstrated record of achieving sales growth* Will spend 80% of time traveling to customersLanguage Skills:* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationMathematical Skills:* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, margins, percentages, area, circumference and volume* Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry conceptsReasoning Ability:* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsComputer Skills:* Moderate computer skills required* Familiarity with web navigation, experience working with databases* Technical ability to effectively utilize the various computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and various vendor performance programsCertificates, Licenses, Registration:* Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with CSI guidelinesPhysical Demands:* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit* The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and talk or hear* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral visionWork Environment:* The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job* The noise level in the work environment is usually quietRequired Travel:* Up to 50%and must be willing to work long hours when necessaryEOE/AA
