Our mission is to enable telecom clients to achieve the maximum possible return on their investment in data collection.Job DescriptionWe are urgently looking for highly capable and data centric Program Managers to support a large turnkey project.Provide over-all project oversight, management, and support services for regional projects This includes, but is not limited to:Provide project status to senior regional leadership.Prepare overall program overview and guide data scientist team to create a dashboard presenting overall project reporting.

Identify existing internal and external processes currently in use for all pre-cx activities, scope, services needed, historical run rates, tools, MOP’s used at each department level.Evaluate viability or lack of existing practices, procedures & protocol to remain intact, as well as identifying antiquated, obsolete and or non-essential processes.Analyze all data gathered and identify new opportunities of improvement in terms of speed of delivery, Quality and financial perspective
– by changes in processes, automation, and tool improvement.Re-construct the delivery model, outline and present to the Leadership, a new deployment strategy to implement which will accomplish improved program performance, meet both long term and short-term corporate objectives, improve overall financial health for company and shareholders, expedite on airs, improve network performance, improve brand recognition, add new subscribers, employee & customer retention, etc.Identify and address all issues and delays in advance and set expectations and timelines to project managers supporting multiple rollouts.Schedule and host meetings/calls with different level management at regular intervals and provide daily progress updates to the senior leadership.QualificationsMust have strong working knowledge of the telecommunications industry.Must have a minimum of ten years’ wireless project and Program management experience.Program Management Professional certification, or similar certification is preferred, but not required.Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Must be expected to schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.Must be an expert level knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
