About This Opportunity Responsibilities: We have an amazing opportunity available on our Fuels Team for a Program Manager of Retail Fuels.

The Program Manager of Retail Fuels will build branded relationships, including contract compliance, site experience, brand marketing, incentives, and related programs.

The Brands Program Manager is responsible to support Fuels integration for Branded Network and Site Tech Platform orders.

BPM will support 2,300 branded fuel locations, 13 major Fuel Brands, and facilitate the retention of 4 billion retail branded accumulative gallons What you need to be successful in this role: Marketing and Branding Experience – You will manage the eligible Branded Marketing Incentives offered to 7-Eleven.

You will be creating publications for POP and Branded Fuels Placement Guides relative to new marketing promotions and adhering to a budget with the funds that are utilized.Influence and Reporting
– You will be responsible to coach and influence standards, keeping compliance, reviewing, and enforcing mystery shop results, tracking KPI’s, identifying trends and opportunities and obviously celebrating in all our successes here at 7-ElevenCommunication and Organization
– You will engage with other departments to provide insight into market level performance including all communications, design/implement training programs related to branded programs and promotions.

You are in essence the brand Liaison in this role.

Juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, while motivating our teams and partners to obtain desired results will make you successful.

You will communicate with a diverse audience that includes 3rd party brand representatives, intra departmental team members, Area Leaders, Market Leaders, Director of Operations, Zone Vice Presidents, and Sr.


Strong written and oral communication is important to the relevant audience.Related Key Skills that will make you successful – Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) Microsoft PowerBI, Macros, budgeting, Compliance, Project Management, Marketing, Promotions, Branding Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales preferredProject Management SkillsCompliancePetroleum industry knowledgeUnderstanding of convenience or Retail industry and marketing branding skills
