PURPOSE:As a member of the Strategic Project Management team, the Project Coordinator will drive the development and execution of material cost out and supply continuity projects in the Health, Hygiene and Specialties Division within Berry.

This position will be required to lead cross-functional teams working in different manufacturing platforms to deliver all project objectives.

Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct technical and commercial aspects of projects from the ideation stage through implementation / execution stage for Berry’s Health, Hygiene and Specialties division.Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, customer service, purchasing, quality, etc.

to execute all project objectives on time and on budget while capturing estimated savings or maintaining supply continuity.Interact with suppliers to communicate about the technical challenges faced in the existing product lines and utilize supplier’s support in driving solutions in a timely manner.Work with the commercial team in developing functionality specification and documentation in support of regulatory, qualification and approvals.Work with all project stakeholders to develop business cases and project plans.Maintain the project schedule, perform risk management and minimize issues efficiently.

Report progress of all projects to management while handling multiple projects.Lead the Management of Change process and provide supporting documentation.Perform necessary follow-up measures with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required with preference for an engineering or business background.Recommended understanding of the plastic film and nonwoven industry.Demonstrated project management skills with team leadership a plusAbility to travel to manufacturing, customer and supplier plants.

Proficient organizational and communication skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
